- Get picked up from Dubai (hotel or private residence) between 3 AM and 5 AM, by a dedicated Conservation Guide in a modern Land Rover Defender 130. Pick-up times vary according to sunrise, and your exact pickup time will be shared with you the evening before your experience.
- Arrive at an enchanting take-off site where you’re welcomed with Arabic coffee and dates.
- Marvel at the world’s only drone show before a hot air balloon flight and watch in awe as the sky lights up.
- Feel the thrill as your balloon gets filled with air and fire, slowly taking shape in front of you, and get ready to jump on board.
- Enjoy ultra-comfort as we have reduced the capacity of each basket compartment to allow more room and exclusivity on every flight.

- Pick-up and drop-off from and to Dubai is included and will be in a shared, air-conditioned vehicle (unless booked otherwise).
- As the desert can get quite warm, we suggest bringing a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and cool, comfortable clothes.
- For hot air balloon experiences in the winter, we recommend bringing something warm to wear, especially before sunrise.
- Bookings need to be made before 5 PM the previous day when booking online.
- Children between the age of 5-11 years will be charged at a child’s rate.
- Bathroom facilities are available at the breakfast oasis.
- Our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of five guests.
- This experience is weather-dependent. If the weather is unsuitable, the Pilots reserve the right to decide not to fly. An alternate experience date will be suggested, or a full refund will be given.
